Your team, one inbox.
A fraction of the price.
Plans differ in size, not in what the inbox can do. Growing adds seats, not tiers. Every one starts with a 14-day trial, no card. Cancel whenever: your mail never left Gmail.

How the inbox is doing, on every plan
Conversations handled, replies sent, median first response time, what is still open and how long the oldest thing has waited. Every plan, including the $6 one. Breaking the same numbers down by teammate, the view below, is the Business plan: if you are two people you do not need a chart to know who answered what. Shared inboxes only, so nobody's personal mail appears here, including for the owner.
The fine print we're proud of
Monthly billing is a first-class citizen
Annual billing earns a discount; it's never required. No auto-renewing annual contracts hidden in fine print, no "contact us to cancel."
Seats go down as easily as they go up
Team shrank? Remove the seats and your next invoice shrinks with it, prorated. You will never pay for a seat nobody sits in because a contract says you must.
A failed card never locks you out
Billing hiccups get a grace period and a read-only fallback, never a red banner between your team and your customers.
Cancelling keeps your mail
Your email never left Gmail, so it's already yours. On the way out you get a full export of everything ShareMail added: comments, tags, assignments, audit history.
AI is a bolt-on, not a seat charge
The plans above are the shared inbox. If we ship AI features, they arrive as an opt-in bolt-on with their own switch and their own flat price, so a team that doesn't want AI never funds it, and a team that does never meets a per-resolution meter.
Collaborator seats are actually free
A collaborator can read what they're invited to, comment, get @mentioned, and take assignments. You only pay for people who send email from your shared addresses.
Questions you should ask any shared-inbox vendor
Is there a free plan?
No. Every workspace starts with a 14-day full-featured trial (no card required), and after that everyone pays the same honest prices above. We'd rather charge $6 and answer your support email than run a free tier subsidized by squeezing everyone else at renewal time.
Why are you so much cheaper than Front, Missive, and Hiver?
Architecture, mostly. Gmail stores and delivers your mail, so we run no delivery infrastructure, no relays, no data-center email archive, no outbound sales team, and no per-resolution AI meters. A collaboration layer on top of Gmail simply costs less to operate than an email platform that ingests everything, and we price like it. Cheap here isn't a teaser rate; it's the cost structure.
What does ShareMail not do?
Email, only. And Gmail, only. There are no SMS, WhatsApp, live-chat, voice, or social channels, and the public API and third-party integrations haven't shipped. The Android app is in beta through Google Play rather than on the public store, and there is no iPhone app yet; the web app works on a phone in the meantime. If your team needs true omnichannel today, Missive or Front will genuinely fit better, and we'd rather tell you that now than after you've migrated. If your team's channels are Gmail mailboxes, this is the tool.
What happens to my email if I cancel?
With ShareMail: nothing. It's in your Gmail, where it always was. You also get an export of the collaboration layer (comments, tags, assignments), even after cancelling.
Can I reduce seats mid-term?
Yes, any time, prorated. Ask our competitors this question in writing before you sign anything.
Which features are locked behind higher plans?
One, and only half of it. Analytics for the inbox as a whole is on every plan: how much came in, how fast you answered, what is still open and how old the oldest thing is. Breaking those same numbers down by teammate is on Business. Everything you need to actually run the shared inbox is on the $6 plan: comments, mentions, assignment, shared drafts, rules, templates, search. Otherwise plans differ by scale (users, shared inboxes) and services (SSO when it ships, SLA, priority support). Anything on this page that isn't live yet says so, right on the card.
Is there a per-message, per-resolution, or per-AI-answer meter?
No, and there never will be. Anything that isn't part of running a shared inbox ships as a separate bolt-on you switch on deliberately: priced flat, billed only while it's on, and never folded into the per-seat price of the plans above.
Do prices rise mid-contract, or features get removed and re-sold?
Your price is locked for whatever term you chose. If we ever raise list prices, existing plans keep their features. We don't do forced "legacy plan migrations."
