Plan and billing

Settings → Plan & billing. Everyone can read it; only an owner can change the plan.

“Everything else” means it: assignments, comments and mentions, shared drafts, rules, templates, signatures, search, integrations, personal Gmail connections and export are on every plan, including the $6 one. The plans differ in how many people and inboxes they allow, and Business adds the per-teammate half of Analytics. There is no seat tier that unlocks a feature.

Seats

A seat is a teammate who can sign in. Invited people take a seat as soon as they are invited; deactivating someone frees it. The usage cards at the top of the page show seats and shared inboxes used against the plan’s limit.

The trial

A new workspace starts on a 14-day trial with everything on, including per-teammate analytics, ten seats and five shared inboxes. When it ends nothing is locked: reading and replying keep working. What stops is growth, meaning inviting another teammate or creating another shared inbox, until an owner chooses a plan. The same applies to a subscription that lapses.

Choosing a plan

The Choose button on a card switches the workspace immediately and updates its limits. Payment is handled off-platform for now: pick the plan, and billing is arranged with you directly.

Export workspace data

At the foot of the page, Download export produces a zip of everything ShareMail added on top of Gmail: comments, tags, assignments, conversation metadata and the full audit history. Your mail itself never left Gmail, so it is not in the export and does not need to be. Personal inboxes are excluded, because they are private to their owners. Owners and admins can export.
